Can I try Linear out before I decide to pay for it?

The beta product is free for all users for 3 months. You can learn with Linear for 3 months before deciding to purchase a subscription plan.

Can I sign up for Linear as an individual consumer?

Yes. While Linear is built for enterprises, you can sign up and learn with Linear as an individual try out all the features and functionalities as any corporate customer.

Can I sign up using SSO?

We currently support SSO sign with Google Suite.

What can I learn using Linear?

Linear is built to help you pick up behavioral skills using our proprietary “Learn, Do, Repeat, Routine.” philosophy. Currently, we have skill tracks for workplace productivity and leadership for early career professionals.

How do I take a Linear program?

Linear programs are entirely on-demand. You can begin the program whenever you like. While there are no deadlines to complete it, we recommend that you complete the activities scheduled for each day to ensure effective learning. After you enroll in a program, you can do the activities for the program directly from the home dashboard.Linear programs can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including desktops, laptops, and mobile phones.

I have enrolled in a program, but I am currently unable to spend time on it every day. Can I take a break from it?

You can pause or quit a program at any time by going to the My Programs page. You can resume a paused program by going to the My Programs page or restart a quit program by re-enrolling in it.

How do I reach out to Linear if I have any issues with using the platform?

You can click on the support link from the profile section within the app to send us your queries. We will get back to you within 48 hours to help resolve any issues you face.

How much time do the programs take to complete?

The programs are designed with activities that take not more than 10-15 mins every day. Each program activities that get scheduled every weekday for 3 months. This continuous active micro-learning will help you retain what you learn and apply these learnings more effectively by the end of the 3-month period.
